Favorite UTS memory:
Where to start? Graduation? Countless parties, or should I say “social gatherings?” I guess, in the end I would say my greatest memory involves the many interesting and caring friends I made while at UTS, many of whom I still keep up with. But, most of all, I remember being so proud of being part of the University. That feeling still exists today.

Favorite UTS memory:
UTS is a campus that never sleeps. There’s always students around, even it it’s wee hours in the morning. Besides, the multiculturalism and diversity of the university reminds me of my home country. Hence, i was rewarded with a sense of belonging in Sydney. Last but not least, having a UTS degree makes me proud for my entire life.

I would say the whole 1.7 years I’ve spent in Sydney is an unforgettable memory. From the time of buying my huge luggage bags to boarding the final flight back to KL, I can still remember them clearly. It has been the best time of my life! And oh, yes I still miss the Passionflower black sesame ice cream..

Favorite UTS memory:
The “Olympic” relay from Pitt Street to UTS, Tower Building in 5 minutes at night, attired only in our PJs, a sweater and slippers during winter. We later realized that we had left our apartment with only 20 cents in our pocket; just enough to buy a cup of ice water from Burger King and shared among 3 friends.

Studying until midnight with a group of friends in Haymarket during winter study break and walking to Darling Harbour to get passionflower ice-cream before going home. Those were the good old days together.

Favorite UTS memory:
Studying in UTS marked many firsts for me, first time staying away from home in a faraway land, first time studying with so many people of different nationalities, first time studying round the clock before exams and completing assignments last minute without sleeping. Amongst all of those memories, my favourite memory would be during the exam period where everyone ’hang out’ in front of the 24 hour computer labs in the business faculty for discussions, be it formal or ‘informal’. It is simply amazing that how pack the place can be in the wee hours of the morning during this period until you see for yourself! In terms of personal growth, my favourite UTS memory will be those treasured friendships that were formed during UTS days. Many of the other friends whom I met in UTS remained my good friends till today, my Sydney housemate is one of them. Through the alumni I hope to catch up with those whom I have lost touch with namely Dyana, Juin Ning, Amy and Yusni!

Life in Sydney was awesome, especially to be able to know a bunch of great people and friends. Drinking, partying, shopping, eating, of course do not miss out the studying part. Haha~
