sets out your strategies

development.
Setting SMART Objectives
When you plan for your
future development, you
should try where
possible to set yourself
SMART
objectives.
SPECIFIC: can
you say exactly what
you intend to do?
MEASURABLE:
will you be able to
prove (to yourself,
or others) that you
have achieved your
targets?
ACHIEVABLE:
are your targets
achievable in the
time that you have
set yourself?
REALISTIC:
are your targets
things you can
realistically do
something about?
TIME BOUND:
can you achieve
these targets within
a reasonable time
frame?
